a. Nova management company update
1. $9,396 per year for management w/ $1,500 set up fee
2. HOA meetings 4/year, during business hours only, manage billing, but delinquent accounts would be shared with credit reports. They would manage an HOA portal for board and community members
b. Review of improvements throughout the current boards years of service
1. Improved use of website and communication to community regarding HOA happenings
2. Treasurer debit card for ease of bill pay, improved invoices and annual communication to HOA members
3. Insurance for mailboxes due to recurrent damage, no longer had water and irrigation leaks/concerns, no more electricity bill, and completed first half of landscape project along John Olsen which reduced landscaping cost slightly.

b. HOA common area responsibilities Mailboxes, and common area along John Olsen including fence and entrance sign by Hodes. Due to Phase 1 having more homes, we are responsible for 55% of all split bills including landscaping and projects.
