3. President’s report
a. 2 Quotes sent to Phase 2 HOA, requested approval by Jan 10, 2025,
i. We do need right of way permit, but it is free to obtain. Needs done by an
insured and licensed contractor. 2nd quote was obtained. Approved to
replace grass with rock. Trees cannot be removed, they would need
replaced per Hillsboro code.
b. Confirm we are no longer receiving water or electic bills
c. I just don’t know when to schedule time to do the CD’s thru chase. I have put it
off for a year, and don’t know when I will make the time to get this accomplished.
d. Discuss finding of whether we should waive dues or a set amount of current dues
for service.
